About the Filmmaker
Taylor Reed Branson was born in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. Since graduating high school with an advanced degree at the age of 16, he has worked full time as an activist for Human Rights. He is a passionate cyclist and has done numerous cycling tours around the US. Taylor thrives on art and the esthetic of beauty. Both of which apply to the world of cycling. Self-propelled transport will save humanity and the bicycle as a work of art (its development now well over a century old) continues to evolve with each passing year. While compiling his photographic exhibition, The Way of Life, Taylor traveled the world for 5 years creating a visual platform advocating for International Cooperation and Spiritual Unity. The work will be on tour through 2011 and 2012. Most recently, he was asked by Dr. Patch Adams to campaign for the Gesundheit! Institute, a 40 year initiative to bring humanism back into healthcare, and the only model in the world addressing all the problems of medical delivery. Taylor currently lives in Washington DC.
